My Basic Plan

I suggest you keep things very simple.  This list helps you keep track of what you are trying to do on a daily basis in order to accomplish your goal of being free of cancer.  If you have not done everything on this list, you are off target.  No problem, just get back on track and make this your goal.  It is not as difficult as you might think, just requires discipline.  You've got this!  Your cancer fighting plan should include all of these ideally.  If it feels like a lot, it is because it took a long time to get your body into cancer,  so strong, solid measures are needed to get it out.  Make sense?

Remember, you are trying to do three things, all essential, and every one of these suggestions is designed to do one or two of each goal listed below:

  • Kill the cancer (or stop the action of the offending condition so it doesn't advance)

  • Cleanse the cancer/residue/garbage out of your system so it can repair itself

  • Rebuild your body

     If you have cancer, your system is too acidic.  Cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment, so I recommend drinking             only alkaline water while you are getting yourself cancer-free. - here

REGULAR EXERCISE

     Exercise infuses fresh oxygen into your cells, in short, and cancer cannot live in an oxygen rich environment.  So the 

             more regularly you exercise, the greater your ability to create an atmosphere in which cancer cannot survive.
